AIMCanada Mentorship Society is building a network of Individual and Corporate Mentors.
Mentors are certified through the Canadian Career Mentorship Association which gives Corporate Mentorship Programs National Certification.
We begin with your current Onboarding Program and add our suggestions to make it your specialized Corporate Mentorship Program.
INDIVIDUlAL MENTORS
These are registered and certified Career Mentors that are available on a list to our Mentorship Club Students to hold a phone conversation, tea/coffee meetup. Mentors that are Certified and Registered can make themselves available to longer term mentorship agreements. The screening process and building of this network is underway.
